We exist to help Somalia's talent
go where it's needed most.
EA Somalia launched in February 2026 with a small, passionate group of ~50 Somali professionals. We're at the very beginning of a meaningful journey.
Help Somali professionals identify and pursue the most impactful careers and giving opportunities.
We use evidence, reason, and a commitment to impartial concern for all people. We believe Somalia has extraordinary potential โ a young, connected population, a growing diaspora with international experience, and a set of challenges that are simultaneously urgent and tractable with the right talent deployed at scale.
By connecting talent to the best frameworks, communities, and opportunities, we aim to catalyse a generation of Somali professionals making measurable, evidence-based progress on hard problems.
